London zen groups meet regularly to practice zazen - the core practice in the Soto Zen tradition.
Zazen is a form of meditation - it is wholehearted upright sitting. We sit as the Buddha sat, silent and still in the calm posture of awakening.
Beginners are always welcome! Please plan on attending a brief introduction first, See Participate/Join In for more information.
"The time to start worrying is when neither words nor experiences are new any longer.
How many times can you breathe this breath?"
~ Nan Shin Nancy Amphoux
