This will be a week-long sesshin at Crosby Hall, near Liverpool with Senior Zen Teacher Guy Mokuho Mercier.

Guy Mercier runs the Josen Zen Centre in Tours and is the head of the Ten Bō Rin Zen Association

Arrival: Friday 28th May by 19.30
Departure: Friday 4th June - After Lunch and Samu - There is an option to stay over till Saturday 5th June for those who wish.
Bring: Loose, dark clothes for zazen, a zafu if you have one, a bowl for food and a cloth to
wrap it in (eg: a tea towel), Also, outdoors clothes for walking and loose clothes for exercise.
